Off the beaten trek is specially designed for people wanting to escape from the crowd to get into non touristy getaways. Nepal has plenty of unexplored regions that offer authentic experiences, unspoiled flora and fauna and exotic culture. As no lodges are available on these routes, all are fully supported camping treks and hence price is a bit higher than in tea house treks (lodge to lodge treks).
