General Information
Kathmandu Valley trek takes you along the rims of the Kathmandu Valley offering distant views of snowy mountains, and an idea of typical Nepal countryside life and ethnic culture. The Valley itself has been described variously as "Lands of Gods" and as "land of the largest congregations of magnificent historical monuments and shrines ever built". It can be best defined as the journey through various ethnic cultures, religion and geographical diversity of this small kingdom. Thus, the trek lets you experience the natural beauty blended with an uninterrupted and exceptional cultural diversity of Nepalese people.
Trip Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Fullday Sight-Seeing of Kathmandu Valley. (B)
Day 03: Drive to Panauti and trek to Dhulikhel (2000m) 5½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04: Dhulikhel to Nagarkot (2350m) 5½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 05: Nagarkot to Chisopani (2100m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 06: Chisopani to Kathmandu via Sundarijal 4 hrs (B)
Day 07: Drive to Airport for Return flight (B)
