General Information
Ganja La Pass Trek is yet another popular and daring trekking that Langtang region has to offer. Ganja La makes the trekking to Langtang one of the challenging trek of Nepal with unfavorable weather. The trek starts from Sybru Bensi and ends at Melamchi Pul Bazaar. The territory of pass is a bit narrow with a danger of rocks falling. Hence, excellent physical condition is required with mountaineering experience. For those who are able to complete the crossing the rewards are some of the best mountain landscapes found in Nepal.
Trip Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Full day sightseeing around of the Kathmandu valley. (B)
Day 03: Kathmandu Drive to Syapru Besi (1450m) 7 hrs (B)
Day 04: Syapru Besi to Lama Hotel (2480m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 05: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3500m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 06: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3800m) 3 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07: Explore at Kyanjin Gompa. (B.L.D)
Day 08: Kyanjing Gompa to Ngegang (4000m) 5 hrs tented camp (B.L.D)
Day 09: Ngegang to Keldang (5106m.) via Ganja La (5200m) 5 hrs tented camp (B.L.D)
Day 10: Trek Keldang to Dukpu (4080m) 5 ½ hrs tented camp (B.L.D)
Day 11: Trek Dukpu to Tarkeghyang (2560m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 12: Tarke Gyang to Sermathang. (2620m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 13: Sermathang to Melamchi (850m) and drive back to Kathmandu. (B.L)
Day 14: Final departs to your home country. (B)
