View Detail...Located in the western lowland, Bardiya National Park is the largest lowland protected area of Nepal covering the total area of 968 km per square. It adjoins the eastern bank of the Karnali river in the Bardiya District. The park is reputed for alluvial grasslands, subtropical moist decidous forests and rich wildlife.
Why should you try Jungle Safari at Bardiya National Park?
The park is home to faunal diversity of 53 mammals including megaherbivores like Rhinoceros Unicornis and Elephas Maximus, more then 25 species of reptiles, over 500 species of birds, 1221 species of fishes and unknown diversity of mollusks and arthopods. You also get to explore unique flora, fauna and exotic landscapes and indigenous culture of buffer zone communities in the park.
Day 01: Arrival and Transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Drive to Bardiya and Arrival, Transfer to Lodge, Refreshment and briefing about programmed. Village tour to nearby ethnic Tharu Village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus and evening Dinner.
Day 03: Wake up Call at 6 AM. Then breakfast and Elephant ride for an hour to see the wildlife of the park. Visit of Crocodile breeding center, Visitors Center and Tharu Cultural Museum. Afternoon Lunch and Jungle walk with an experienced guide to observe and meet the wild animals. Evening dinner in Lodge.
Day 04: Wake Up Call & Breakfast then Tiger Tracking and Bird Watching. It is an excellent opportunity to see a Royal Bengal Tiger. Walk along Karnali River for Dolphin Site and afternoon lunch. After lunch Jeep Drive and evening Dinner.
Day 05: Wake Up Call. Then breakfast and walk to Karnali River for Dolphin Site. Afternoon Lunch and Departure to Kathmandu.
Day 06: Final departure on your destination.

Day 05: Wake Up Call and Breakfast. Then drive to Rafting Point and Rafting to see the wild life and birds watching. Picnic Lunch and Rafting in Karnali River. At evening Dinner in Lodge.
Day 06: Morning wake Up Call and Breakfast in Lodge. Walk to Karnali River for Dolphin Site Seeing and afternoon Lunch then prepare for Departure.
