Churen Himal Trekking

General Information

Churen Himal Trekking is completely apart from the beaten path that lies on western part of Nepal. The trek passes through the wild valleys with spectacle view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Gurja and Churen himal, to name a few. The area is full of rivers, fast glacial streams, and lots of lush green forests and wild animals. The route also crosses Magar villages, especially Gurja gaun where majority of ethnic Magar people live.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Full day sight-seeing of Kathmandu valley. (B)
Day 03: Drive to Beni and commence trek Begins camp/lodge (B.L.D)
Day 04: Begins camp to Babichor, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 05: Babichor to Dharapani, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 06: Dharapani, to Lumsang, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 07: Lumsang to Gurjaghat, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 08: Gurjaghat to Rupachaur Kharka, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 09: Rupachaur Kharka to Gurjagaon tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 10: Gurjagaon to Darsinge Kharka, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 11: Darsinge Kharka to Bundzunge Kharka, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 12: Day hiking to Churen Himal Base Camp tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 13: Bundzunge Kharka to Gurjagaon, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 14: Gurjagaon to Lumsang, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 15: Lumsang to Khibang, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 16: Khibang to Malkwang, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 17: Malkwang to Pakhapani, tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 18: Pakhapani to Beni via Jhi. Tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 19: Drive Kathmandu via Pokhara (B.L)
Day 20: Transfer to airport for final departure. (B)
