Arun Valley Trekking

General Information

Arun Valley trekking is a non-touristy trekking trail that offers an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. The area provides the significant views of Mt.Everest, Makalu and hundreds of other mountains just on your eye. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La (4110m)into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. You can put together an even wilder trek by crossing Sherpani col and west col into the upper Hongu valley. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang and we can visit Hindu holy call Lake Salpa holy Lake (3414m.).

Day 01: Arrival and transfer to hotel
Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu. (B)
Day 03: Kathmandu to Tumlingtar By flies and trek to Kartike ghat. Tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 04: Kartike to Gothey tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 05: Gothey to Phedi tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 06: Phedi to Gurase tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 07: Gurase to Sanam tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 08: Sanam to Bung tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 09: Bung to Gaikharka tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 10: Gaikharka to Vasme tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 11: Vasme to Pangum tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 12: Pagum to Painya tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 13: Painya to Lukla tent camp (B.L.D)
Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu by flight. (B)
Day 15: Final Departure. (B)
